Probate, Estate & Trust Sales
Helping families during a challenging time
Selling a home after the loss of a loved one, or as part of an estate or trust, involves extra steps and often extra emotion. As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), I help families and their attorneys through the real estate side of the process, from preparing the home to closing.
Selling a home held in a trust? At closing, the title company pays the sale proceeds to the trust, by check or by wire to an account in the trust's name. It cannot be paid to a personal account, and the trust account doesn't need to be opened before closing.

Options when you owe more than the home is worth
If you're facing financial hardship or owe more than your home is worth, a short sale may be an option. As a Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), I work with your lender and with your finance, tax, and legal professionals to understand your options and guide the process.
