Eric kept us informed through out the entire selling process. Gave great advice on how best to get the house in the best position to sell. Over all else, Eric took personal responsibility to make repairs and other minor improvements using his own tools and labor. Always pick a realtor that drives a pick up truck! He handled everything during the process and got the price we originally hoped for on the house.
