Best. Realtor. Ever. Eric went above and beyond for us in more ways than I can count. He not only helped us fi nd our dream home he also sold our house for top dollar. He was so patient with us (two years of looking) and always available for last minute showings. He was thorough when looking at homes and would notice details we didn’t even see. He was so organized and helpful. Even steering us away from homes he didn’t think were good decisions. He was ALWAYS looking out for our best interest. Then all the little details in closing both houses would not have been possible without Eric. He has been such a blessing to our family.
