Eric was great. He did everything possible to facilitate my purchase of the property. He walked me thru each step, referring me to home inspectors to choose from, addressing repair issues with the sellers, recommending a homeowner’s insurance agent, etc. What I really appreciated was his transparency, letting me know in advance how much the property tax would increase by next year. I did this process completely remotely and he called me or emailed me weekly with updates during the 3 mos from application to closing. He evenprovided information I requested on common ways to hold title in Florida. He made himself available to my phone calls at night and on weekends. I would recommend him and use him again if I buy or sell real estate in the future. He made an extremely stressful process much less stressful.
