Eric was outstanding in every phase of our home search. We began our home search over a year ago with the intent of downsizing to a condo nearly half the size of our house, while trying to stay within a certain area and numerous requirements. In addition to finding us our new home, he assisted in the sale of our home by providing guidance to us as sellers, and expertly handled the coordination of the numerous details and deadlines regarding dealing with the HOA, title company, lender, brokers, etc. We could not have done the sale and purchase without him!
