Eric goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a Realtor.

Eric not only communicated every decision but explained the purpose behind it – I felt very included in the process. He has a very strong knowledge of the Pinellas County market. Eric is very detail oriented and guided me in all areas of the process.

Highly recommend – goes above and beyond

Throughout the selling of my home, Eric kept in great communication with me. I especially appreciated detailed reports of open houses and interested prospects (and his follow ups with them), informing me of new comps in area (and their pricing changes). He put together a photoshoot and drone video of my property, and arranged for many things that needed completion as I had already relocated out of state. Overall, I highly recommend Eric and if I move back to the area, he’d be the one is choose to work with.

Can’t thank you enough!

5 starts doesn’t do justice to how great Eric was. Knowledgeable, committed, communicative, as a first time home buyer and not knowing what to expect when visiting a house, he was 10 steps ahead to guide and protect my most valuable decision. #MyRealtorIsBetterThanYours

Diligent, Knowledgeable, and Got My Condo Sold Fast

Eric was excellent to work with from start to finish. He was diligent, knowledgeable, responsive, and stayed on top of every detail throughout the sale of my condo and the process of moving toward my next home purchase. What impressed me most was the result: my condo sold in just 9 days, while many comparable condos in the area had been sitting on the market for 60+ days. Eric clearly understood the market, how to position the property, and how to keep the transaction moving. In the end, I felt well-represented and confident that Eric was looking out for me. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who is experienced, thorough, and gets results.

Excellent and Kind Realtor

Eric was just the right agent we needed for the sale of our parent’s house. He was kind and compassionate throughout the whole process, he understood it was a time of mourning for my brothers and myself in letting go of the house our parents had for thirty years. He is very knowledgeable and professional, he really knows what he is doing. His experience showed thru in every phone call, text, and email. You can’t go wrong with Eric if you are selling a house. We will be forever grateful to him for guiding us during this process.
