We had a goal to get under contract so we could move quickly and find a new home before school started. Eric executed flawlessly. He had everything lined up to have pictures, video, market prep all ready in a few days. We gained a week+ due tothis. Quickest in history a property had ever been listed. Then we had an open house and offer’s immediately. A few hiccups along the way but Eric was quick to address and rectify them quickly due to his extensive knowledge of the area and contacts.We had several inspection issues and a the last minute an unexpected open permit from 2002! No problem, taken care of by Eric over the weekend with the county! Absolutely incredible service. Eric achieved our ultimate goal and we are now in our new home before school starts.
