Never talks down to you just because you may not understand how things work. He listens to what you say, then goes on to provide you with everything you asked for: In other words, he HEARS you which is a rarity in today’s world. Eric his above and beyond being an agent, he is a consummate and caring human being. My home was destroyed by Helene, I was injured, with nothing but the clothes on my back.
